Our Returns & Refunds Policy

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

However, your consumer rights under the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999 are not affected by this statement. If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or fails to perform as promised, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Physical Goods Policy

This Returns & Refunds policy applies only to physical goods purchased through our online shop.

If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or fails to perform as promised, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (or when you received the product).

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. Please retain proof of posting/shipping until your return is fully processed.

If your claim is approved, we will issue a replacement or refund via your original payment method. You may be required to return the item at our expense.


How to Submit a Claim

Service-Based Offerings

For service-based offerings — such as counselling sessions, blood test campaigns, health talks, and wellness programmes — the following conditions apply:

  • Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made in writing at least 3 business days before the scheduled date.
  • Refunds for prepaid sessions or campaigns are subject to review and may be granted only under exceptional circumstances, such as verified medical emergencies.
  • Once a service has commenced or been completed, it is non-refundable.
Once a service has commenced or been delivered, no refund will be issued regardless of circumstance, except where required by applicable Malaysian law.

Exclusions

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., you decided you no longer want the item).
  • Items that have been opened, altered, or show signs of misuse — except as required by law.
  • Special-order, personalised, or perishable items — please check the product description for any "final sale" notice.
