Your DNA sample is processed by our partner, Global Precision Diagnostics, a certified laboratory that follows strict international standards. Every swab is handled securely and confidentially.
Your DNA test report will be ready within 4 to 6 weeks of us receiving your buccal swab sample. We'll notify you via email and SMS once results are available. You can access your report through the PreciseEHR app, available on the App Store and Google Play.
Yes - you can request a printed (hardcopy) version of your DNA test report for a small additional fee. Just let our team know when your results are ready.
