Fast for 8-12 Hours
Plain water is perfectly fine to drink. Fasting ensures your cholesterol and glucose results are accurately measured without food interference.
Stay Hydrated
Drink enough plain water throughout - it makes blood drawing easier. Skip sugary drinks, juices, or caffeinated beverages.
Avoid Alcohol and Heavy Exercise
For at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Both can skew your metabolic and liver markers significantly.
Delay Your Morning Medications
Wait until after your blood draw to take medications - except for high blood pressure medication, which should be taken as normal.
Bring Your MyKad / IC & Arrive Early
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your slot. Your IC is required for eligibility verification.

Participants must be 18 years or older. Special rates apply to Malaysian citizens (Blue or Pink IC holders). Non-Malaysians may participate at RM50 per person.
Promotional rates are for pre-registered participants only. Walk-ins on the event day are charged at RM50. All payments are non-refundable.
