How to Prepare For Your Blood Test
- Fast for 8–12 hours (water is okay) for accurate cholesterol/glucose results
- Hydrate well before your appointment (avoid sugary drinks)
- Avoid alcohol & heavy exercise 24 hours prior
- Postpone your morning medications until your blood test is done (except for high blood pressure medication)

What Our Blood Test Covers
These tests evaluate your red blood cells and hemoglobin to detect anemia, infections, or blood disorders:
Haemoglobin – Measures oxygen-carrying protein in red blood cells.
RBC (Red Blood Cells) – Total number of red blood cells in your blood.

- Participants must be 18 years old and above. This blood test special rate is ONLY applicable to Malaysian (BLUE and PINK IC). Non-Malaysians are eligible for this blood test at a rate of RM50.
- The special rates are STRICTLY for PRE-REGISTERED customers only. Walk-in registration will cost RM50/pax
- A confirmation message will be sent 1–2 days prior to the event.
- Make sure all the necessary details are correctly filled. No refunds will be allowed after payment is done.

- All blood test reports will be sent in SOFT COPY to your WhatsApp within 10 days after the event.
