Welcome to Precision Wellness! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Global Precision Wellness Sdn Bhd. By using our website, services, products, and programs (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully, as they govern your legal rights and responsibilities.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Access and Account

By accessing our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.

When registering or making a purchase, you must provide accurate personal, health, billing, and shipping information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Personal data provided is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Scope

Our Services include:

  • Nutrigenomics testing

  • Blood diagnostics

  • Corporate and community wellness programs

  • Health and nutrition programs

These Services provide wellness and health insights only. They are not medical diagnoses or treatments. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical advice.

3. Orders and Payments

All prices are in MYR and may change without prior notice. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers (FPX), and other approved payment gateways. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method.

Orders are typically processed and delivered within 1–3 business days, subject to courier and destination. Once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

4. Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs depend on weight and location. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Returns & Refunds:

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, your rights under the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999 remain unaffected.

If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or fails to perform as promised, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under statutory rights.

Please email us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date at customercare@precisionwellness.my

with your order number, photos showing the defect/damage/issue, and a brief description. We aim to respond within 2 business days and complete our assessment within 5 business days.

If your claim is approved, we will issue a replacement or refund (via your original payment method) within 10 business days. You may be required to return the item at our expense, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories.

This policy applies only to physical goods purchased through our online shop.

For service-based offerings (including counselling, health screenings, blood tests, and corporate wellness programmes):

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested in writing at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled service date.

  • Refunds for prepaid services are only considered under exceptional circumstances (e.g., verified medical emergencies).

  • Once a service has commenced or been delivered, it is non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, reports, and materials are the exclusive property of Precision Wellness. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

By submitting testimonials or reviews, you grant Precision Wellness the right to display them publicly in any format.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

Our Services provide wellness insights only and should not replace professional medical advice.
We are not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits or errors in self-reported health data.

We are not responsible for third-party links or content on external sites linked from our platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if these Terms are violated or if Services are discontinued without prior notice.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Precision Wellness, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or losses arising from:

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Violation of Malaysian law

  • Misuse of our Services

10. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be severed without affecting the remaining Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Precision Wellness.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our Services after updates indicates acceptance.
