1.1 Eligibility:

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) to use our services.
By providing health-related information, you confirm its accuracy.

1.2 Service Scope:

Our offerings include nutrigenomics testing, blood diagnostics, corporate and community wellness programs, and health transformative programs.
We provide health insights, not medical diagnoses. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical advice.

1.3 Account Responsibility:

Keep login credentials secure. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

2. Orders & Payments

2.1 Pricing & Availability:

All prices are in MYR and subject to change without notice.
Product availability is not guaranteed until order confirmation.

2.2 Payment Methods:

We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers (FPX), and other approved gateways.
You agree to provide accurate payment details and authorize charges upon order confirmation.

2.3 Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment verification.
Delivery times (typically 7–10 business days) are estimates and may vary.

2.4 Cancellations & Changes:

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once payment is approved.
Delivery addresses cannot be changed post-purchase.

3. Shipping & Returns

3.1 Shipping Policy:

Costs depend on product weight and delivery location.
We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

3.2 Returns & Refunds:

All sales are final, except for:
- Damaged/defective products (unopened, reported within 72 hours with photo proof).
- Incorrect items shipped (verified by our team).
Non-refundable items:
- Digital reports (e.g., DNA test results).
- Opened/used products.

- Order number
- Photo/video evidence
- Description of issue

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership:

All website content (logos, test methodologies, reports) is our exclusive property.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

4.2 User-Generated Content:

By submitting reviews/testimonials, you grant us rights to display them publicly.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

5.1 No Medical Advice:

Our services provide wellness insights, not medical treatment. We are not liable for health decisions made based on our reports.

5.2 Third-Party Links:

We are not responsible for external websites linked from our platform.

5.3 Limitation of Liability:

We are not liable for:
- Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits).
- Errors in self-reported health data.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to:

Suspend/terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
Discontinue services without prior notice.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by Malaysian law.
Disputes will be resolved in Kuala Lumpur courts.
