We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

However, your consumer rights under the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999 are not affected by this statement. If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or fails to perform as promised, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Please email us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (or when you received the product) at customercare@precisionwellness.my with your order number, photos showing the defect/damage/issue, and a brief description. Once we receive your submission, we aim to respond within 2 business days and complete our assessment within 5 business days.

If your claim is approved, we will issue a replacement or refund (via your original payment method) within 10 business days. You may be required to return the item at our expense, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories. Please retain proof of posting/shipping until your return is processed.

1. DOES THIS POLICY APPLY TO OUR SERVICES?

This Returns & Refunds policy applies only to physical goods purchased through our online shop.

For service-based offerings (such as counselling sessions, blood test campaigns, health talks, and wellness programmes), cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made in writing at least 3 business days before the scheduled date.

Refunds for prepaid sessions or campaigns are subject to review and may be granted only under exceptional circumstances, such as verified medical emergencies. Once a service has commenced or been completed, it is non-refundable.

2. EXCLUSIONS

  • Change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., you decided you no longer want the item) are not eligible for return/refund.

  • Items that have been opened, altered, or show signs of misuse will not be eligible except as required by law.

  • Special-order, personalised or perishable items may be excluded—please check the product description for any “final sale” notice.
