What makes GPW different from other wellness providers?

We go beyond diet plans or one-time programs. Our approach is integrative : we combine clinical expertise, genetic technology, personalized coaching, and behavior change strategies to create solutions that actually fit into your lifestyle or workplace culture.

Everything we do is evidence-based, measurable, and designed to be sustainable.

Who does GPW work with?

About the Health Transformative Program

What is the Health Transformative Program?

It’s a structured wellness program designed to help you improve your health from the inside out; mentally, physically, and nutritionally. Instead of short-term fixes, we focus on gradual lifestyle transformation with expert guidance, progress tracking, and real results.

What does the program include?

Depending on your needs, the program may include personalized nutrition plans, habit coaching, meal guidance, lifestyle modification, stress management, health screenings, DNA insights, and continuous support from our certified dietitians. Each program is tailored to your goals.

Who is this program for?

Anyone who wants to feel better, lose weight, manage chronic conditions, improve energy, or build long-term healthy habits. We also have corporate versions for teams and HR wellness initiatives.

How is this different from a regular diet program?

This is not a “eat less, exercise more” program. We focus on the root cause of your health challenges; hormones, genetics, metabolism, habits, environment – and build solutions backed by medical nutrition therapy and data-driven insights.

About Nutrigenomics DNA Testing

What is Nutrigenomics DNA Testing?

Nutrigenomics is the study of how your genes affect the way your body responds to food, nutrients, and lifestyle choices. Our DNA test analyzes specific gene markers related to digestion, metabolism, fitness performance, nutrient absorption, sensitivities, and long-term health risks.

Instead of trial-and-error, you get a personalized “health blueprint” that helps you eat smarter, live better, and prevent issues before they start.

Read more here.

Is nutrigenomics the same as an allergy test or an ancestry DNA test?

No, nutrigenomics is very different from both. An allergy test detects immediate immune reactions to specific foods or substances, while an ancestry test looks at your genetic background and family origins.

Nutrigenomics, on the other hand, reveals how your genes influence metabolism, nutrient needs, exercise response, and health risks. It doesn’t tell you what you’re allergic to or where you’re from. It helps you understand how to eat, live, and perform better based on your unique DNA.

How accurate and reliable is the test?

Our nutrigenomics test is backed by peer-reviewed scientific research and uses clinically validated gene markers.

Results are analyzed by certified professionals; scientists and consultant dietitians, and translated into practical recommendations you can actually apply. Unlike generic health advice, the insights are specific to your DNA, making it more accurate and sustainable.

What will I receive after the test?

You’ll receive a detailed Nutrigenomics report through the PreciseEHR app and a hard-copy book (if the hard-copy add-on was selected beforehand) covering metabolism, food sensitivities, nutrient needs, fitness response, and lifestyle insights.

But we don’t just hand you your report. We include a consultation with a dietitian to explain the results and help you turn your genetic information into an actionable nutrition and lifestyle plan.

Do I need to take the test more than once?

No. Your DNA never changes, so you only need to take the test one time in your life. However, as science evolves, we may update your insights or recommendations to reflect the latest research, so your results continue to stay valuable over time.

Will the results be too “scientific” for me to understand?

No worries! Our consultant dietitians will help break down all of the information in your nutrigenomics test results into simple, practical advice you can actually use, without all the complicated and scientific jargon.

Can this test tell me if I’ll get a disease in the future?

No, it doesn’t predict diseases. It highlights your risks and tendencies, so you can make smarter choices now to lower those risks.

About Wellness Day Blood Test

We don’t just give you numbers. We provide dietitian-led interpretation and practical steps to improve your health based on your results.

If needed, you can continue with coaching or a Health Transformative Program for long-term support.

How much does it cost?

The standard price starts at RM35 per person, and drops to RM30 per person for groups of 5 or more. We also offer additional tag-on services that will be explained further by our team of dietitians at the registration booth.
